Lindsey Painter
I am an MBA student and Forte Foundation Fellow, passionate about launching a second career in strategic talent development or a potential sales function. My background blends emerging technology, such as generative AI for technical research and learning content creation, with a deep commitment to inclusive corporate learning and talent development functions. I design and and deliver impactful learning assets that align with strategic business outcomes. I recently completed a Learning Solutions internship at Ericsson, leveraging platforms like Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and Colossyan to create accessible digital content for diverse, global audiences. I have worked closely with neurodivergent stakeholders and implement research-driven intervention strategies for differentiated learning and skill development. My contributions foster organizational transformation while supporting individual growth and achievement. I am skilled in public speaking, leadership, and building authentic interpersonal relationships. I am proud to be recognized by my colleagues for motivating teams and inspiring people to realize their full potential. My undergraduate background in visual design and digital media, coupled with experience in hands-on analysis and broad concept synthesis, allows me to connect small details to big-picture business strategy—whether in L&D, talent development, or business development opportunities supporting competitive advantage. I am grateful to have received a broad liberal arts education, laying a solid foundation for both critical thinking and universal problem-solving skills. I am open-minded and adaptable, thriving in change-driven, challenging environments. I am eager to add value wherever stakeholders’ strategic interests require creative, rigorous solutions.
